Many professionals sense that governance becomes more complex as organizations grow but lack reference points to understand whether the challenges they face are typical or specific to their organization.
This survey explores how scientific publications governance is experienced in real-world settings—including where organizations encounter friction, how decisions and responsibilities are managed, and what pressures arise as companies scale. By contributing an anonymized snapshot of current practices and pressures, you help create a clearer cross-company view of how publications governance is experienced across organizations of different sizes and how key transitions are navigated as they scale.
An initiative led by the ISMPP Small Companies & New Professionals Outreach Committee, this survey is being sent to members of ISMPP who work in an internal capacity within a biopharma or medical technology company. It has also been posted on LinkedIn to expand the pool of participants beyond ISMPP current members.
The survey should take about 4-5 minutes to complete, and your input will help ensure ISMPP continues to provide practical guidance and leadership on medical communications governance and practice.
Please note: the survey will close on Friday, May 1.
Thank you in advance—we truly appreciate your time and perspectives.
